Ok, yes, I know. It's been over a month since I've written in here, but I have good excuses- I promise! I got my wisdom teeth out (which was a total bitch), trying to organize and clean my room so that when I return from Orlando it won't be the black hole that it is now, and last but not least- SHOPPING. Like, seriously shopping. Shopping for "professional clothes," hangers, storage bins, etc. But I'd be lying if I said it wasn't mostly clothes/shoes/accessories for Disney!
For those that don't know, all of the College Program participants have to follow something called the "Disney Look" for our orientation when we first arrive, and also for the classes they offer if you decide to take them. These rules are detailed, strict, and fully enforced. People actually get turned away if they're not in full "Disney Look."
Here are just a few of the things I've collected so far...
#1- This will be for Traditions, but in black.
#2- This dress in kelly green, and I have a white cardigan to go with it since Mickey forbids strapless!
#3- Regular black dress pants...nothing too exciting
#4- High waisted skirt (looooove this one)
#5- Black cardigan. Goes with everything. Except I don't look nearly as
moody when I wear it.
And then there are the shoes. I have black heels, gold heels, and most
imortantly: red heels.
They are peep toe. They have a closed back. They are not sandals, they
are not flip flops, they are not tennis shoes. As far as I can see, they follow
all the rules.
That's it for today folks. Have to get back to cleaning. If you don't hear
from me soon, send a search party!

I adore this post.
I feel the same way about the Disney Look. Just bought myself a fancy, high waist, black pencil skirt :) And girl, those pumps...fantastic.
ugh... I totally have to get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow :(
How bad was it for u? I'm worried about not feeling better before the program
Totally cute post :)
Thanks yall! :) I feel way better about everything now that I know there are others who feel the same haha
Leigh- everyone, and I mean everyone, told me it wasn't going to be bad at all...so I think I went into it thinking it was going to be a breeze, which could have been part of the problem. I'm feeling much better now thankfully! Just make sure you really do follow all of the rules, even if they sound silly. No straws, no smoking, no solid foods for the first few days (although mine was more like a week...I actually lost a few pounds out of the deal haha) I wish you lots of luck! Oh, and make sure you eat at least a little something before you take your pain meds...you won't be hungry but believe me, it'll keep you from getting sick!
